Connection with the Guardians

Source-Portal-Earth.

I transmute and purify my thoughts and emotions, preparing my energy for the fire of Life. I make my body available to act as a portal that connects me from existence to transcendence.

I create my connection:

I light a candle with Pure intention.

I invoke the Loving Presence of my guides and the Universe.

I sit feeling the ground, with my spine straight.

I close my eyes, trust and breathe deeply 3 times.

I visualize with my mind and focus on the sensations.

I see roots coming out from the base of the column and reaching the center of the earth. I feel the warmth of Mother Earth’s red heart, rising through my roots to my feet, ankles, shins, knees, legs, pelvis… It continues to rise and bring the pulse of Mother’s life.

At the base of the column I call again to my guides and shamans. Everyone dances around the fire of Life.

I guide all my energy down the spine to the crown chakra.

I stay connected.

I feel like I’m pulsating with Life. Expand towards the Universe.

I continue to bring this pulse to every cell in my body without rushing. Once all the cells are filled with this high vital energy, I release the mind.

I wallk in freedom.

I visualize a ray of vibrant violet light entering through the crown chakra and filling my body from bottom to top and sliding intensely down my spine.

I feel purified. I surrender the cleansing that now descends through my roots to the transmutation of Mother Earth.

I give thanks, gently stretch my body and open my eyes. I thank the guides and the wise-loving Universe.

I practice this ritual daily with my Guardian.
